Appellant, Angel Paita, pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor offense of resisting arrest. A jury found appellant guilty. Pursuant to an agreement with the State, the trial court assessed punishment at confinement in the county jail for one year, probated for two years, and a $350 fine. In his first point of error, appellant contends that the trial court erred when it allowed the State to impeach appellant's testimony with evidence...
