Meridien Hotels, Inc. and MHI Leasco Dallas, Inc. (Meridien) appeal the July 2, 2002 writ of mandamus issued by the county court at law ordering the justice court to vacate its order of abatement, to begin trial by July 29, 2002, and to render a decision thereafter within a reasonable time.
