Appellee, George C. Lewis, claims an equitable exception to dormant judgment rules under the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Appellant, Ray Harding, contends that two trial court findings are factually insufficient. The court found that Harding's fraudulent conduct sought to evade execution of the judgment against him.
