Defendant was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder, M.C.L. § 750.316(1)(a); felony murder, M.C.L. § 750.316(1)(b), first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), M.C.L. § 750.520b(1); and arson of a dwelling house, M.C.L. § 750.72. The Court of Appeals affirmed defendant's first-degree murder convictions, but vacated the CSC I and arson convictions as predicate...
