The defendant, Christopher Andaryl Wills, was convicted of kidnapping resulting in death, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201(a)(1), and interstate stalking resulting in death, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2261A. On appeal, Wills raises a multitude of issues, challenging his convictions...
