Timothy T. Clark appeals from the judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, contrary to WIS. STAT. § 961.41(1m)(cm)5 (2001-02).1 Clark contends that the circuit court erred in denying his suppression motion because the vehicle he was driving was searched in violation of his constitutional protection against unreasonable searches and seizures...
