Appellant Ralph Taylor was tried and convicted of rape in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Taylor was sentenced to thirteen years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Appellant's sole point on appeal is that the trial court erred in determining that the victim's prior false allegations of rape were sexual conduct within the meaning of the rape-shield statute, Ark.Code Ann. § 16-42-101 (Repl.1999).
