Robert Reiff (Reiff) appeals the trial court's order granting the special appearance filed by Bipin V. Roy and Mina Roy, individually and d/b/a PND Investment, Econolodge, and Econo Lodge Colorado Springs (collectively "Roy"). In six points of error, Reiff contends the trial court erred when it sustained Roy's special appearance, vacated the default judgment taken against Roy, denied Reiff's motion for sanctions...
