Appellant challenges the district court's denial of her motion to dismiss respondent's fraudulent-conveyance claim and the district court's grant of summary judgment to respondent on appellant's wrongful-levy claim. Because the district court erred when it denied appellant's motion to dismiss respondent's fraudulent-conveyance claim, we reverse.
