The defendant, Theresa Loye, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of burglar's tools, ongoing criminal conduct, and seven counts of third-degree burglary. After an unsuccessful effort in drug court, she was sent to prison on consecutive sentences totaling more than sixty-four years.
