This appeal is from the denial of a motion to vacate judgment and sentence under Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The convictions were for assault in the first degree, § 565.050, RSMo 2000, for which the sentence imposed was thirty years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 2000, for which the sentence imposed was ten years in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections...
