Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant's contention, his clothing at the lineup was not so unduly suggestive of his identity as to create a substantial likelihood of irreparable misidentification (see People v Ortiz, 273 A.D.2d 482 [2000]).
