Patricia Bash appealed from her conviction and sentence for possession of marijuana. She contended among other things that the district court erred in finding there was sufficient evidence to support her conviction of the charge. We transferred the case to the court of appeals, which affirmed. We granted the defendant's application for further review and now hold that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction.
