Watts, Jr. (husband) contends on appeal that the trial court erred: (1) in finding that Linda Watts (wife) proved his adultery by clear and convincing evidence; (2) in relying on its finding of adultery in determining equitable distribution under Code § 20-107.3(E); (3) in finding that husband's actions outside the marriage constituted serious negative nonmonetary contributions and in relying on that finding to justify an unequal distribution...
