In July 2001, petitioner, Elinor Canady Murphy, filed motions (1) to determine child support arrearages and (2) for a turnover-of-assets order against respondent, Kenneth L. Wronke. After an April 2002 hearing, the trial court ordered Kenneth to deliver certificates of deposit (CDs), endorsed to Elinor, to the Champaign County sheriff as payment of the child support arrearage.
