The plaintiffs and the named defendant, Abraham I. Gordon, executor of the estate of Edwin Mak,1 jointly appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing the plaintiffs' complaint and Gordon's cross claim in this action for indemnification brought pursuant to General Statutes § 5-141d.
