In this action, which includes a Truth in Lending Act ("TILA") claim, plaintiff alleges that defendant sold her a car as new when, in fact, the car was used and had been severely damaged. In her TILA claim, plaintiff alleges defendant misrepresented the true cost of the car loan defendant provided.
