John Robert Mauney appeals the district court's order revoking probation and sentencing him to five years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. The district court found that appellant failed to register as a sex offender in Collin County "on or about" June 27, 2001. Appellant contends that the district court erred in its finding because he registered on June 27, 2001...
