In this appeal, we consider the constitutionality of another subsection of Iowa's grandparent visitation statute. As in Santi v. Santi, 633 N.W.2d 312 (2001) and In re Marriage of Howard, 661 N.W.2d 183 (2003), we conclude that the subsection of the statute at issue in this case is unconstitutional.
