Ramona Smith sued Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and Steven T. Miller for damages she allegedly suffered as a result of an automobile accident. The trial court granted Southwestern Bell summary judgment on Smith's claims against it and granted Miller a directed verdict on Smith's claims against him.
