[¶ 1] Janvirgo Thunor Akihoka Odhinn appeals a district court's order denying his motion to dismiss criminal charges filed against him in Wyoming based upon alleged violations of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD). He claims his statutory and constitutional rights to a speedy trial were violated when he was not brought to trial within 180 days of the date Wyoming received notification of his request for final disposition of the charges...
