Hudiburg Chevrolet, Inc. and Hudiburg Chevrolet Holding, Inc. ("Hudiburg") appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of General Motors Corporation ("GM") and Rawson-Koenig, Inc. ("Rawson").
