Anthony Provenzale ("Provenzale") began his career as a reinsurance broker in 1984.1 In 1993, Provenzale signed an employment agreement (the "1993 Agreement") with Sedgwick Payne Co. The 1993 Agreement named Provenzale Senior Vice President-Branch Manager, and contained a provision labeled "Non-Disclosure/Non-Competition."
