Petitioners and defendants Carlos D. Parra ("Parra"), an Argentine citizen, and ASIAT, S.A. ("ASIAT"), a Uruguayan corporation, (collectively "Parra") move the Court to modify or vacate in part and then confirm an arbitration award arising from a contractual dispute with respondent and plaintiff American Life Insurance Company ("ALICO"), a Delaware corporation.
