Plaintiff-Appellant Vicki Steiner appeals from the district court's dismissal of her Title VII claim for failure to exhaust her administrative remedies. The district court dismissed Steiner's claim under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) because Steiner had failed to file her gender discrimination claim with an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") officer within forty-five days of the alleged discriminatory occurrence...
