Plaintiff-Appellant Lloyd Marks appeals the district court's dismissal of his state law equitable estoppel claim and his claims that Defendant-Appellee Newcourt Credit Group, Inc., CIT Group, Inc., and Newcourt Financial USA, Inc. (collectively "Newcourt"), violated state law and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
