Curtis Cuccia was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), open container, possession of beer by a person under twenty-one years old, and speeding. His driver's license was suspended due to registering a blood-alcohol level of two one-hundredths of one percent (.02%) or more and being under twenty-one years old.
