Coakley Relocation Systems, Inc. appeals from a final order granting a writ of assistance to the City of Milwaukee to remove Coakley from occupancy of a .176 acre parcel of property located at 1253 North Old World Third Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which it used for employee and customer parking in conjunction with the operation of its business.
