Raymond Pitts and Erik T. Alexander each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin and crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(B) and 21 U.S.C. § 846. Pitts was sentenced to 324 months' incarceration and eight years of supervised release. The district court sentenced Alexander to 267 months' incarceration and five years of supervised release.
