Plaintiff Edward P. Lysogorski appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition to defendants Charter Township of Bridgeport and Donald R. Gardner under MCR 2.116(C)(10) in this suit brought under the Open Meetings Act (OMA), M.C.L. § 15.261 et seq. We affirm.
