Opinion by Justice WRIGHT.

Ruth Hallman appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Allstate Insurance Company on the issues of duty to defend and the potential duty to indemnify. She also contends that she is entitled to reasonable and necessary attorney's fees incurred in defending against Allstate's claim for declaratory judgment and prosecuting her declaratory judgment claim against Allstate.
