I. INTRODUCTION

A jury convicted Appellant Charles Edward Pipkin of the offense of possession of a controlled substance. After finding two enhancement allegations to be true, the jury assessed punishment at twenty years' confinement. In one issue, Appellant complains that the trial court erred by not granting his motion to suppress evidence, in violation of his rights under the United States Constitution, Texas Constitution...
