This is an action for breach of contract. Plaintiff, Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union, Local 57 ("Local 57"), allege that defendant Sage Hospitality Resources, L.L.C. ("Sage"), violated the arbitration clause of their Neutrality Agreement.
