OPINION

GREENWOOD, Judge:

¶ 1 Albert Grossi (Defendant) appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized in his home following his arrest. Defendant was convicted for possessing cocaine, a third degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(ii) (Supp.1999). Defendant pleaded guilty but reserved his right to appeal. We reverse.
