Presently before the Court is the Government's objection to the Probation Office's Presentence Report in this matter. The Government argues that the Defendant's Base Offense Level should calculated as 14, under § 2K2.1(a)(6) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines, because the Defendant was a prohibited person at the time the instant offense was committed....
