Opinion by Justice LANG.

Benito Segura appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, of stalking. The jury assessed punishment at confinement in jail for one year and a fine of $4000. The trial court entered judgment in accordance with the jury's verdict on guilt and punishment. In his sole issue, appellant asserts the trial court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict on the grounds that he should have been tried on harassment charges...
