On September 20, 2002, defendant Jacinta A. Thomas ("Thomas") moved to suppress the evidence obtained from a search of her vehicle by United States Customs Service ("USCS") agents (Docket No. 23). The United States (the "Government") duly opposed the motion (Docket No. 27). On November 4, 2002, the Court referred the motion to Magistrate-Judge Justo Arenas for a report and recommendation (Docket No. 29)....
