Jane Ann Weber sued Arthur Winker and Cletus Winker d/b/a Glidden Body Shop (collectively "Winkers") and Michael Warnke for injuries resulting from an automobile collision with a vehicle she claimed the Winkers owned. Weber filed a motion for adjudication of law points to determine whether the Winkers in fact owned the vehicle. The district court concluded the Winkers owned the vehicle because they failed to comply with Iowa Code section 321...
