Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof directing the appellant to produce a list of all of the meat choppers it manufactured which have an opening of at least 2½ inches in diameter, and the designs thereof; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff.
