Johnny Crawford brought suit against Janice Henderson and his underinsured motorist carrier ("UIM"), Southern Heritage Insurance Company, seeking to recover damages from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. The jury awarded Crawford $1,099.38 in actual damages. On appeal, Crawford asserts the circuit court erred in quashing Crawford's subpoena to depose Henderson a second time.
