OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Appellant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals from the default judgment entered against it in favor of appellee Diane Kelley in connection with her workers' compensation case. We affirm.

In appellant's first issue it challenges the trial court's failure to grant its motion for new trial. We review a trial court's decision to grant or deny a motion for new trial under an abuse of discretion standard. Dir., State Employees...
