Appellee Norman Lee Blount was convicted of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 922(g)(1) (West 2000). The Government contends that the district court erred at sentencing by refusing to impose a four-level enhancement for "possess[ing][a]
