OPINION

WANDA McKEE FOWLER, Justice.

Appellant sued the Houston Independent School District ("HISD") after she was sexually assaulted by an HISD police officer. The trial court held that HISD was entitled to governmental immunity and granted summary judgment in its favor. In a single point of error, appellant contends the officer's use of a patrol car brings her claim within an exception to governmental immunity under the Texas Tort Claims Act ("TTCA")....
