PIERRON, J.:

Michael Abbott appeals his conviction after a bench trial on stipulated facts to one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Abbott argues that officers conducted an illegal search, insufficient evidence existed linking him to the drug paraphernalia found in the van, and the Court of Appeals has jurisdiction to consider this appeal.
