ORDER GRANTING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

ATLAS, District Judge.

This case, in which a final judgment confirming an arbitral award in favor of Karaha Bodas Company, L.L.C. ("KBC") against Perusahaan Pertambangan Minyak Dan Gas Bumi Negara ("Pertamina") was entered on December 4, 2001, is before the Court on KBC's Motion for Preliminary Injunction.1 The Motion has been briefed and is ripe for determination.
