Robert A. Hoover appeals his convictions and sentences of life without parole and life for capital murder and aggravated robbery. Hoover asserts first that the trial court erred in allowing the State to amend the felony information in violation of Ark.Code Ann. § 16-85-407 (1987), and in violation of the trial court's omnibus order.
