The plaintiff, Nancy Weinstein, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying her motion to open the judgment dissolving her marriage to the defendant, Luke A. Weinstein. In her motion, the plaintiff alleged that the defendant fraudulently misrepresented certain information in the financial affidavit that he submitted to the court at the time of the dissolution.
