Nathaniel Lindell moves for reconsideration of this court's form order dated June 14, 2002, which required Lindell to prepay part of the filing fee and directed the agency having control of Lindell's trust fund account to freeze the account until it has sufficient funds to pay the outstanding balance on Lindell's filing fee.
