Barbara Burns appeals a motion to strike expert testimony and the summary judgment granted in favor of Appellee Baylor Health Care System ("Baylor") in a premises liability action. Ms. Burns raises two issues on appeal: (1) the trial court abused its discretion by striking the expert witness's testimony; and (2) the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee Baylor Heath Care System...
