C.S.C.S., Inc. (CSCS) appeals the denial of its application for a temporary injunction in its lawsuit seeking to enforce a covenant-not-to-compete against its former employee, appellee Linden Josh Carter. In five issues, CSCS argues the trial court erred in denying the application for temporary injunction and in ruling on the application before CSCS had presented all of its testimony.
